1. Who runs this site

2. This is not betting advice

Everything published here is opinion, provided for information and entertainment only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. I am not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and I do not hold a Gambling Commission operating licence.

Any decision you take is entirely your own. You are responsible for checking that betting is legal where you are and for complying with the rules of any operator you use.

3. No guarantee of any outcome

Football is uncertain and betting carries real risk of loss. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of profit, a promise of income, or a suggestion that betting is a solution to money problems. Past results, where published, are not a reliable indicator of future results.

4. You must be 18 or over

This site is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. Do not use it if you are under 18.

5. Membership, payment and cancelling

Membership costs £4.99 per week, billed weekly in advance. Payments are taken by Stripe; I never see or hold your card details.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment and your access runs to the end of the week you've already paid for. Part-weeks aren't refunded.

Because this is digital content delivered straight away, you normally have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By joining and getting immediate access to the members' area, you're asking for the service to start at once and accepting that if you cancel within those 14 days you'll be charged for the period you've already had access to.

If the price changes I'll tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel instead.

6. Prices change

Any price shown is what was available at the time of writing. Prices move, and I make no representation that a price will still be obtainable when you read it.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of this site, including betting losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. The content is mine

The writing, design and images on this site belong to me. You are welcome to quote a short extract with a link back, but please don't republish it wholesale.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
